📋 Description

• Record transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers • Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable • Review balance sheets and P&L statements to identify discrepancies • Support month-end close and prepare basic financial reports • Follow established SOPs and communicate issues to the accounting manager

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero • Strong understanding of reconciliations and basic accounting principles • High attention to detail and accuracy • Good written English for communicating with U.S. teams • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Based in Argentina • Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection • Experience with U.S. clients or U.S. GAAP (nice to have) • Degree in Accounting or related field (nice to have)
