📋 Description

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn • Build email campaigns and marketing automation workflows • Support SEO and content initiatives • Track performance, analyze results, and report on KPIs • Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to launch on time • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns for U.S. brands • Drive leads and revenue across paid media, email, SEO, and marketing automation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads • Experience with email or automation platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp • Comfortable with GA4 and campaign reporting • Good written and spoken English • Data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail • Based in Brazil • Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection • Google Ads or Meta certifications (nice to have) • Experience with B2B or e-commerce marketing (nice to have)
