• - Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently. • - Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of executives. • - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required. • - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. • - Assist with project management and special assignments. • - Support other administrative tasks to facilitate smooth business operations.
• - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. • - Excellent organizational and time management skills. • - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • - Proficiency with office productivity tools and software. • - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • - Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. • - Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
