📋 Description

• Manage purchase orders, order entry, and order status updates • Coordinate shipments with carriers, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams • Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays or exceptions • Reconcile inventory between systems and investigate discrepancies • Communicate order and delivery updates to customers and stakeholders • Maintain accurate records across portals and systems • Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customers to ensure every order arrives on time

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management • Strong attention to detail with high-volume, multi-system work • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Good written and spoken English • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Availability to work U.S. business hours • Based in the Philippines, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection • Nice to have: Experience with NetSuite, an ERP, or a TMS • Nice to have: Experience working with U.S. carriers and 3PLs
