📋 Description

• Own marketing projects end to end, from plan to launch to reporting • Manage deliverables and timelines in tools such as Asana or ClickUp • Brief and manage contractors, designers, and specialists • Lead client or stakeholder calls and report on performance • Analyze results in GA4 and recommend optimizations • Flag risks, blockers, and scope changes early

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing strategy • Agency or client services experience in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in GA4 and website performance analysis • Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday) • Professional spoken and written English, comfortable leading calls • Strong ownership and written communication skills • Based in Argentina, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection • Hands-on SEO or conversion optimization experience • Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation
