📋 Description

• Edit short-form and long-form video for social media, paid ads, websites, and marketing campaigns • Enhance footage with color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, captions, and motion graphics • Adapt content for multiple formats and platforms, including TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and Meta Ads • Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs while bringing your own ideas • Manage project files and asset libraries for an efficient workflow • Deliver high-quality edits on tight, recurring deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve) • Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual style • A portfolio showcasing recent editing work • Good written and spoken English for working with U.S. teams • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Based in Colombia, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection • Experience editing performance ads or UGC-style content (nice to have) • Motion design or animation skills (nice to have)
