📋 Description

• Collaborate with account teams and customers to develop innovative solutions addressing real-world challenges • Travel to customer sites to build relationships, run engagements and deliver presentations and workshops • Lead technical and solution discovery workstreams • Assess customer needs, define scope and success criteria, and articulate Neptune’s platform value proposition • Develop and deliver presentations, demos, proof-of-values and discovery workshops tailored to customer needs • Guide customers through digital transformation journeys and advise on solution implementation and optimisation • Build and maintain subject matter expertise across Neptune’s platform and solutions • Create documentation, presentations and resources to support sales and empower go-to-market teams • Gather and synthesize customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams • Represent Neptune at marketing events, engage developer communities, and deliver training and enablement sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences • Solid background or working knowledge of SAP; practical experience using SAP applications in a business setting highly desirable • Deep understanding of technology, particularly process improvement, integrations, automation and UI/UX • Solution-oriented mindset focused on creative customer solutions • Ability to communicate platform value by translating technical features into business benefits • Strong presentation, demo, voice-over, consultative and judgement skills • Italian at native level • English at business level • Ability to build strong customer and internal-team relationships • Proactive, independent and results-driven • Solid understanding of Neptune’s platform or ability to quickly acquire this knowledge • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies • Foundational knowledge of MEDDPPICC, value-based selling or Command of the Message is a bonus
