⢠5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or related advisory roles ⢠Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and managing complex projects ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights ⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders ⢠Demonstrated expertise in business process improvement, organizational strategy, or operational optimization ⢠Experience developing and implementing consulting frameworks or methodologies ⢠Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data visualization software ⢠Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously ⢠Ability to mentor and develop team members effectively ⢠Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives (preferred) ⢠Background in data analysis and quantitative problem-solving (preferred) ⢠Familiarity with industry-specific consulting practices or domain expertise (preferred)
