📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts with a focus on Playwright • Define and execute testing strategies across the full QA lifecycle • Perform manual testing by deriving test scenarios from requirements and documentation • Investigate, troubleshoot, and follow up on defects, including root cause analysis • Analyze application logs using tools such as Elastic and DataDog in QA and production environments • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and support teams to validate features and resolve issues • Handle support tickets, reproduce issues, and follow them through to resolution • Contribute to release and patch planning, including impact assessment and validation of fixes • Maintain and optimize regression test suites using a risk-based approach • Mentor junior QA engineers and improve QA processes and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably on complex business applications • Strong knowledge of the full QA lifecycle and testing methodologies • Excellent manual testing skills and ability to derive test scenarios independently • Proven experience in defect investigation and root cause analysis • Hands-on experience with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Elastic and DataDog • Experience with Playwright automation • Strong API testing skills using tools like Postman • Experience with Jira, GitLab, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment testing • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and a proactive mindset • Experience working in Agile teams
