📋 Description

• Support the bidding processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies. • Administer and provide first- and second-level support for the Solution tool to internal and external users. • Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, KPIs, and databases related to bidding operations. • Perform controls and validations to ensure process compliance and fulfillment of compliance requirements. • Manage the payment workflow for trade funds, monitoring the process through completion of payment to the customer. • Maintain and enhance the databases supporting the area’s Power BI dashboards and KPIs. • Support the Reseller Framework by conducting follow-ups, visits, and monitoring indicators related to operational best practices. • Partner with teams such as Sales, Demand, Finance, Tax, Compliance, NBS, and IT, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. • Experience in administrative, commercial, or sales support roles. • Knowledge of SAP and SAP BW. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Knowledge of Power BI. • Experience with data analysis, controls, and management reporting. • Ability to learn quickly. • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills. • Attention to detail and a strong focus on compliance. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive approach and sense of ownership. • Ability to work effectively in teams and cross-functional environments. • Adaptability and resilience in the face of change. • Knowledge of bidding processes and/or experience with bid management systems is a plus.
