📋 Description

• Provide regional technical leadership across Purina LATAM factories as an individual contributor • Develop and deploy Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI solutions to enhance problem-solving and operational decision-making • Analyze manufacturing, process, equipment, and sensor data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, loss reduction, quality enhancement, and process stability • Lead Data Science projects from opportunity identification through implementation and value realization • Develop, scale, and replicate analytics solutions across Purina LATAM factories to generate operational savings and performance improvements • Partner with Manufacturing Excellence, Operations, Engineering, Automation, IT, and Quality teams to integrate solutions into manufacturing processes and systems • Support operational compliance, performance management, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and digital solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field • Experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, or related analytical projects • Experience applying analytics to solve business or operational challenges, preferably in manufacturing environments • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and regional or matrix organizations • Strong knowledge of Statistics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, and Data Visualization • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analytics tools • Experience with databases, data integration, and industrial/manufacturing data analysis • Knowledge of structured problem-solving, continuous improvement, and project management methodologies • Ability to communicate analytical insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency • Experience with TrendMiner, Braincube, Databricks, Azure, or similar analytics platforms • Experience in manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or digital transformation initiatives • Knowledge of SAP, MII, DMO, automation systems, or industrial data infrastructures • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational savings initiatives • Experience scaling analytics and AI solutions across multiple sites or regions
