📋 Description

• Perform remote support with various customers to implement and support Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco-based networks • Implement, troubleshoot, and document enterprise networks and related systems • Implement, manage Palo Alto firewalls • Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding and skills on Palo Alto firewalls • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) level expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure • Demonstrable experience in the implementation, troubleshooting and support of large enterprise networks • Good understanding and practical experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSFP, and BGP) • Good understanding and practical experience with switching technologies (Spanning tree, EtherChannel, Port Security, 802.1X, MAB) • Willingness and ability to travel 50% • Strongly prefer experience with the implementation of Cisco-based wireless network infrastructure • Wireless experience preferably with Meraki is required
