📋 Description

• Provide remote helpdesk support for network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting • Manage firewall policies, switch configurations, and IP addressing • Assist with Windows Server administration and management • Document all work in ticketing and RMM platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support experience with a focus on networking • Strong knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba or similar brands • Certifications like Network+ or Security+ preferred
