📋 Description

• Testing of AI based conversational products. • Monitoring and improving quality assurance processes, ensuring agreed-upon standards and procedures are followed. • Providing a high level of data quality awareness across multiple teams. • Evaluating and identifying where enhancements in model accuracy are required. • Preparing detailed testing feedback to help the team improve AI models.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of QA experience with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field. • Expertise in manual and automation testing, including test planning and execution. • Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Rest Assured. • Strong programming/scripting in Java or Python. • Good knowledge of SQL. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven. • Understanding of Functional and Non-Functional testing methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving, self-motivation, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
