📋 Description

• Lead client discovery sessions to analyze business processes and clarify requirements • Identify appropriate low-code or agent solution approaches • Build Copilot Studio agents, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows integrated with Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systems • Design and implement REST API integrations, custom connectors, Power Fx logic, and authentication patterns • Package and deploy solutions across environments using ALM, security, and governance practices • Configure Dataverse security, Power Platform environment controls, and agent authentication with client administrators • Create reusable components, connectors, documentation, support runbooks, and handoff materials • Troubleshoot cross-platform issues involving data, identity, connectors, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services • Facilitate demonstrations, end-user training, governance coaching, and pre-sales or proof-of-concept sessions • Collaborate with AI, Microsoft 365, Full-Stack, and DevOps engineers when requirements extend beyond low-code capabilities • Deliver maintainable, governed, reusable, and supportable solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, and SharePoint integration • Experience with REST APIs/custom connectors, Power Fx, solutions, environment deployment, and Power Platform security • Working knowledge of Entra ID fundamentals and authentication concepts • Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills • Ability to explain low-code trade-offs and support client-facing discovery, estimation, and delivery • Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, deployment pipelines, or Azure DevOps • Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Adaptive Cards, Teams integration, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and AI Builder • Knowledge of Dataverse security and agent authentication • Exposure to PCF Controls, TypeScript/JavaScript, Power BI, Azure OpenAI, RAG fundamentals, Fabric, or Dynamics 365 • Ability to participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, demonstrations, delivery reviews, and issue-resolution discussions during the assigned shift • Ability to work the standard shift of 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM India Standard Time • Client-facing communication, risk management, ownership, adaptability, and collaboration skills
