📋 Description

• Build Shopify stores from concept through go-live, including theme architecture, Liquid, app integrations, and Shopify Functions • Advise merchants on store structure, functionality, and technical decisions • Own the overall project outcome and act as the single point of contact for clients • Implement GEO strategies operationally using structured data, Schema Markup, feeds, and content optimization • Conduct AI-powered store analyses and derive concrete actions • Optimize the visibility of client stores in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI systems • Create content for traditional search engines and generative AI systems and manage the content lifecycle • Prepare monthly performance reports and derive next steps • Develop AI-supported workflows and automations • Conduct merchant workshops and communicate proactively throughout projects • Request reviews on Shopify and Google after project completion

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience building and managing Shopify stores for real-world merchants • Strong command of Shopify themes, Liquid, and app integrations • Experience in content strategy, SEO, or digital marketing, ideally with measurable results • Excellent knowledge of ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude, as well as how to improve e-commerce brand visibility in AI search and answer systems • Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Custom GPTs, or comparable AI automation tools • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, structured data, and feeds • Experience conducting and moderating client workshops • German at a near-native or C2 level • Hands-on mindset, personal responsibility, ownership, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback
