📋 Description

• Support participants as freelancers in learning new skills and reaching their full potential • Deliver practical subject-matter expertise as a trainer and coach • Explain complex topics clearly to people who are new to a field • Guide and motivate participants • Present and communicate effectively • Iteratively develop and adapt content and materials • Try new approaches to achieve the best possible learning outcomes • Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders • Take on assignments based on the course schedule and participants’ needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Europe • Genuine interest in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders • Practical experience with agile ways of working • Proactive, hands-on mindset and strong focus on execution • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or teaching is a plus • German language proficiency at C1 level • Advanced SQL skills: complex queries, joins, window functions, and performance optimization • Python for data analytics: pandas, NumPy, data cleansing, and data transformation • Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool), including data modeling, transformations, testing, and documentation • Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools; dashboard development • Advanced Excel skills • Version control with Git • Basic knowledge of cloud technologies; AWS is a plus • Knowledge of Claude Code • Experience working with real-world business data and collaborating with stakeholders • Freelance, on-demand engagement rather than permanent employment
