📋 Description

• Teach and coach Data Engineering bootcamp participants • Share professional knowledge and introduce complex topics to new practitioners • Apply people leadership, project expertise, presentation, and communication skills • Work with diverse teams and stakeholders • Experiment with course material using agile methods to create strong student outcomes • Deliver teaching online and on campus • Take on assignments whose duration and frequency vary according to program needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Europe • Genuine interest in working with diverse teams and stakeholders • Practical experience with Agile ways of working • Proactive, hands-on mindset and bias for action • Coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience is a plus • German or English speakers at level C1 • Technical expertise in SQL and NoSQL • Docker • Airflow • DBT • AWS, including Glue, Lambda, Redshift, and S3 • PySpark • Kafka • CI/CD and IaC • Snowflake • Freelancer availability for assignments based on course schedules and participant demand
