📋 Description

• Develop and support new and existing products and assets on the Salesforce platform • Develop strategic tools for Salesforce delivery • Use tools such as Claude and Codex, along with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, and Apex • Perform hands-on solution design, proofs-of-concept, development, and testing • Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide scalable Salesforce solutions • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from ideation through deployment and ongoing success • Participate in code reviews, peer inspections, and technical design/specifications • Stay current with feature updates and releases and adhere to best practices • Collaborate with the wider product team to evaluate market demand, groom prioritized work, and align on final design details

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce • Understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts, capabilities, and constraints • Strong experience in Apex and LWC development • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent • Strong analytic skills with ability to formulate a problem/solution in business and technical terms • Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fun, collaborative environment • Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD processes • Preferred: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions • Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice experience is a plus • Digital Channel or Contact Center applications experience is a plus • AWS development experience is a plus
