📋 Description

• Oversee development for new and existing Salesforce products and assets • Oversee strategic tools for Salesforce implementation services • Work with Claude, Codex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, Apex, and other Salesforce features • Oversee hands-on solution design, proofs of concept, development, and testing • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from ideation through deployment and ongoing success • Collaborate with product owners, product engineering leads, and product developers to evaluate market demand, prioritize work, and align on scalable solution designs • Drive strategic architectural, packaging, and DevOps decisions • Provide technical oversight and support for product, asset, and tool development • Guide the team in effective use of AI tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce • Understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts, capabilities, and constraints • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent • Strong analytic skills with ability to formulate problems and solutions in business and technical terms • Experience acting as a people manager for technical resources • Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment • Experience with Salesforce managed packages and Salesforce AppExchange submission is a plus • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design • Experience working on Digital Channel or Contact Center applications is a plus • Experience with AWS development is a plus
