📋 Description
• Own the operational, financial, and executional backbone of the company so the CEO can focus on vision, growth, and external relationships • Ensure the executive team executes against strategy through OKRs, accountable leadership, financial management, and the company operating system • Run regular executive team meetings • Ensure every department sets OKRs and Health Indicators at department, team, and individual levels • Hold C-level executives accountable for quarterly OKR execution • Analyze KPIs, OKRs, and Health Indicators monthly and recommend improvements • Train and develop executives • Own and maintain the company’s Work AI OS • Lead and direct the Operations team • Conduct strategic research for new internal projects • Execute and control company strategy • Partner with the CEO on company direction and decisions • Ensure compensation and budget allocation follow priority and merit • Maintain a consistent hiring bar aligned with company principles • Track profitability and perform financial forecasting • Manage departmental and company budgeting • Control and optimize income and expenses • Drive financial planning through company performance and risk analysis • Manage relationships with industry partners • Provide onboarding support to partners
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years as an Associate Partner or equivalent senior leadership role at a top-tier strategy consultancy such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain • Experience leading engagements on operating model design, organizational transformation, or performance management • Prior experience operating inside a fast-growing company, not just advising • Track record improving financial performance and risk visibility company-wide with direct P&L or budget accountability • Experience building or scaling a company operating system or management cadence from the ground up in a comparable company • Experience leading or working with distributed, remote, cross-border teams • Ability to translate strategy into measurable goals and cadences • P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis • Executive leadership, coaching, and accountability • Experience building and running a company-wide Work AI OS • Ability to synthesize KPIs, OKRs, and health indicators into recommendations • Cross-functional stakeholder management • Partnership management and external strategic relationship development • Knowledge of OKR, KPI, and health-indicator frameworks • Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting cycles, and forecasting methods for a professional-services or consulting business • Knowledge of company operating-system methodologies and tooling • Knowledge of the AI consulting and enterprise AI adoption market • English level required: Intermediate, Upper Intermediate, Advanced, or Native/bilingual
