📋 Description
• Implements and monitors pedagogical-administrative activities; responsible for structuring, overseeing, and supervising B2G (and/or B2B) projects. • Develops the study and application of resources required for project evaluation and monitoring. • Designs and structures B2G/B2B implementation projects. • Develops and delivers concrete solutions to ensure successful project execution. • Analyzes the school's or network's situation and the needs for effective project implementation. • Designs project evaluations and implements them. • Develops and analyzes the project activity organization plan. • Conducts diagnostics to identify the project's main strengths and weaknesses. • Provides comprehensive pedagogical monitoring, ensuring that educational solutions are effective. • Creates indicators and metrics to monitor the project. • Produces project reports containing achieved metrics and indicators, as well as proposed solutions for unmet needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Languages/Literature, Psychology, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree in Education or related fields. • Preferred: at least 1 year of experience working in a school or school network in pedagogical and/or administrative roles: Pedagogical Advisor, Tutoring Analyst, Pedagogical Analyst, Academic Analyst, or similar positions. • Experience working on institutional educational projects (third sector/nonprofit organizations, scientific research).
