📋 Description

• Implements and monitors pedagogical and administrative activities. • Oversees the structuring, monitoring, and supervision of B2G and/or B2B projects. • Develops studies and applies the resources required to evaluate and monitor projects. • Structures B2G/B2B implementation projects. • Develops and provides concrete solutions to ensure the successful execution of projects. • Analyzes the school/network context and identifies the requirements for successful project implementation. • Structures and implements project evaluations. • Develops and analyzes the project activity organization plan. • Performs assessments to identify the project’s key strengths and weaknesses. • Provides comprehensive pedagogical support, ensuring the effectiveness of educational solutions. • Creates project monitoring indicators and metrics. • Produces project reports featuring metrics, achieved indicators, and proposed solutions for unmet needs. • Monitors indicators, including implemented projects, participant satisfaction rates, completed evaluations, and finalized reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Psychology, or a related field. • Postgraduate degree in Education or a related field. • At least one year of experience working in a school or education network in a pedagogical and/or administrative role, such as Pedagogical Advisor, Tutoring Analyst, Pedagogical Analyst, Academic Analyst, or a related position is preferred. • Experience working on institutional educational projects, including Third Sector and scientific research initiatives. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and engaging instructional manner. • Strong analytical skills. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Solid knowledge of the company’s industry segment. • Knowledge of course management and e-learning platforms. • Ability to manage teams, projects, and students.
