📋 Description

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement activities • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance practices • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation • Help organize training sessions, team events, and internal communications • Assist with performance appraisal documentation and follow-ups • Address basic employee queries and route them appropriately • Coordinate with other departments for smooth HR functioning

🎯 Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources (Freshers welcome) • Good understanding of core HR concepts and Indian labor laws • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team goals
