📋 Description
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models • Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles • Ability to blend Agile and traditional project management principles • Provide leadership to project teams • Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision • Identify project stakeholders and establish customer classes • Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment • PMP preferred • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects • PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills • BA or BS or equivalent experience is required; MA or MS is a plus • Must know Japanese and English
