📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and manage Meraki infrastructure across global offices using the Meraki Dashboard and APIs • Troubleshoot and resolve office network issues involving Wi-Fi, switching, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity • Manage ISP relationships, including circuit procurement, installations, renewals, SLAs, outage escalation, and domain performance tracking • Plan and execute office network builds, moves, and refreshes with Facilities and Security • Design, deploy, and operate Zero Trust and network security infrastructure, including Cloudflare Zero Trust/WARP, VPN, and firewall policies • Monitor network health and capacity, respond to incidents, and drive root-cause fixes • Maintain network documentation, architecture diagrams, IP plans, runbooks, and SOPs • Deploy and administer enterprise AI platforms including Gemini Enterprise and Claude • Build AI-powered automations to reduce manual work across IT and business teams • Design and enforce AI usage controls including data protection, DLP, audit logging, and access policies • Evaluate AI tools and vendors, run pilots, and recommend adoption based on measurable impact • Build integrations and automation using scripts and APIs • Act as an escalation point for IT Support on complex network and infrastructure issues • Participate in a global on-call rotation • Partner with Security, Compliance, Facilities, IT Support, and Engineering teams • Lead projects and help shape the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in network, infrastructure, or IT engineering • Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, TLS, VPN, proxy, and firewall • Proven troubleshooting skills • Hands-on experience managing Meraki or comparable enterprise network infrastructure • Experience working with ISPs and carriers, including circuit management and outage escalation • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or LLM platforms such as Gemini or Claude, including administration or integration work • Proficiency in Python, Bash, JavaScript, or another scripting/programming language • Experience building against REST APIs • Understanding of AI data security principles, including data classification, DLP, and least privilege • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills • Clear written and verbal communication, including documenting designs and teaching others • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams • Visa sponsorship is not available • Ability to complete identity and employment eligibility verification • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Certain roles may require an export compliance assessment
