📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers • Implement and develop customizations based on functional and technical requirements for large-scale professional services projects • Interface with end-users and key stakeholders to gather GRC/IRM systems requirements • Customize ServiceNow applications and support rollout of features and modules, including application UI, workflows, and business logic • Configure REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and other applications • Guide customers in understanding technical solutions for business requirements • Interact with technical SMEs to gather environment information for service map and event work • Reflect impact assessment rules within service maps and validate them with SMEs and stakeholders • Participate in user acceptance testing of maps, impact rules, and event management work • Promote update sets and data across applicable ServiceNow environments • Remediate production incidents related to the scope • Align with the existing ServiceNow technical lead to maintain consistent shared patterns • Maintain operational documentation and SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow in 2 or more capabilities GRC/IRM • Strong Experience in GRC/IRM • Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms using both mid servers and cloud to cloud • Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and bi-directional, automated integrations between systems • Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows to meet business requirements • Experience in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes • Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation • A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience • Willingness and ability to continue education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond • Ability to complete ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations • Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation; ServiceNow CSA and CAD
