📋 Description

• Design and build AI-powered GTM agents automating deal intelligence, rep coaching, communication drafting, and opportunity scoring across the sales cycle • Translate GTM processes and business requirements into working technical systems • Architect and maintain data infrastructure for GTM systems, including folder structures, file pipelines, and data feeds organized by sales manager and deal context • Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, Clay, and Gong • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing Ops to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation that reduces manual work and improves data quality • Develop reusable skills and agents enabling self-service QBR generation, forecasting, and deal review • Establish governance and access patterns for GTM data, especially Salesforce, ensuring security and scalability • Contribute to standards, documentation, and repeatable build patterns as the GTM engineering team scales

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical revenue operations, sales systems engineering, or GTM engineering role • Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks; shipped real AI-powered tools • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including data model, APIs, reporting, and permissions • Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and workflow automation platforms • Ability to translate business processes into working technical systems with minimal hand-holding • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where the roadmap evolves and ownership is broad • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and document work clearly • Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms (nice to have) • Familiarity with MCP or similar tool-use frameworks for LLMs (nice to have) • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment (nice to have) • Experience building QBR automation, pipeline dashboards, or deal review tooling (nice to have)
