📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain features across both front-end and back-end systems, depending on current team priorities • Develop and maintain front-end functionality for internal tools and the customer-facing portal, primarily addressing bugs and enhancements, with opportunities to contribute to a future portal redesign • Build and support GraphQL interfaces and other API/interface layers used across the platform • Troubleshoot and resolve defects across the stack, working with teammates to identify root causes • Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices • Contribute to the development and maintenance of security safeguard capabilities across cloud environments • Support and troubleshoot services running in cloud environments, including containerized workloads • Follow established data-handling standards when working with sensitive data • Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members across time zones, including regular participation in team standups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3–5+ years of professional software development experience across front-end and back-end work • Working proficiency with at least one modern front-end framework and one back-end language/framework • Experience with at least one major public cloud platform — AWS, Azure, etc. • Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, APIs, testing, and version control • Ability to work independently on assigned features while collaborating well with a distributed team • Comfort incorporating AI-assisted coding tools into daily development work • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for cross-team, cross-timezone collaboration • Experience with GraphQL or other modern API/interface technologies • Experience building security or compliance-related features in a cloud environment • Experience with multiple cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) • Experience contributing to a customer-facing product or portal • Familiarity with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) • Experience setting up or working with agentic AI coding pipelines • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) • Working independently • Critical thinking
