📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Newsela’s marketing websites and campaign landing pages • Write high-quality, well-tested code using AI-assisted development practices • Own assigned web features, interactive tools, and landing pages from implementation through testing and launch • Maintain and enhance marketing sites for accuracy, security, and performance • Build and maintain integrations among Webflow, Marketo, Salesforce, and internal APIs • Support lead flow, data hygiene, and analytics tracking through GA4, GTM, RedTrack, Pendo, and DataGrail • Test and validate AI-integrated features • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, and Product Design • Improve observability, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production problems • Support user onboarding, event tracking, consent management, privacy workflows, and compliance operations • Follow deployment practices and monitor system stability after releases

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering • Experience developing within Webflow • Strong front-end skills with HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript • Back-end integration capabilities • Experience configuring tags, triggers, variables, custom event listeners, and data pipelines in Google Tag Manager, RedTrack, and Google Analytics (GA4) • Exposure to or experience with Marketo and Salesforce • Experience with Pendo • Experience writing well-tested software • Experience using version control and code review • Familiarity with established deployment practices • Enthusiasm for using AI tools for development, testing, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of privacy/consent operations such as DataGrail • Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA web compliance standards • Clear written and verbal communication in English • Ability to work with non-technical partners and turn loosely defined requests into well-scoped tasks • Reliable, organized, and comfortable owning work in a remote, asynchronous environment • Ability to overlap with the team during core working hours/time zone • Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
