The company operates multiple minimalist studios across several German cities, provides a range of services (signature, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, sports massage, infrared therapy, assisted stretching, breathwork, guided meditation), and emphasizes easy online booking, trained therapists, and membership benefits and gift products.

📋 Description

• You lead and coach local teams across up to 10 studios in southern Germany (currently Stuttgart, Nuremberg, 3x Munich) and are a central part of our operational success. • You ensure that our quality standards are maintained. • You serve as the link between the operational studios and headquarters, ensuring seamless information flow and the implementation of strategic directives. • You are the point of contact for our therapists and reception staff, looking after their satisfaction and promoting their development. • You plan and monitor staffing resources to ensure efficient and employee-friendly scheduling. • You assist in handling complex customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service across all studios. • You train teams in membership sales and help build long-term customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification (Bachelor's degree sufficient) • Initial professional experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Sales Manager or Operations Manager, ideally at least 2–3 years in a leadership role • Experience in a startup environment and/or in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams • Excellent organizational and coordination skills • Passion for excellence in the customer and employee experience • Very good communication and interpersonal/empathic skills • Confident handling of challenging situations with a focus on solution-oriented action • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel regularly to visit locations in the assigned area — regular on-site presence is natural for you.
