📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead for cybersecurity and cyber resilience opportunities, from understanding the demand through to the final proposal • Lead discovery meetings, workshops, and demonstrations with clients • Conduct maturity diagnostics and assessments, gathering requirements, technology environment details, and risk information • Design security architectures and topologies for networks, SASE, and security operations • Lead the cyber resilience pitch, with technical support from partner vendors • Provide technical responses to RFPs, RFQs, and bids, taking responsibility for content and technical compliance • Prepare technical proposals, defining scope, assumptions, and solution sizing • Assess technical risks and the feasibility of the proposed scope together with the operations team • Lead proof-of-concept engagements when necessary • Ensure the solution is transitioned to the implementation teams, including documentation and technical handover • Keep up to date with developments in cybersecurity, networking, and cyber resilience technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical presales, solutions engineering, or cybersecurity consulting • Strong knowledge of security operations, including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and SOC operations • Vendor security certification • Experience responding to RFPs and bids • Consultative approach, with the ability to lead technical discussions from engineering teams to client executives • Knowledge of SASE, ZTNA, and SD-WAN, with an understanding of network and security convergence • Knowledge of cyber resilience, including immutable backup, isolated vaults, environment recovery, RTO, and RPO • Knowledge of data protection and storage • Experience working for systems integrators, technology companies, or managed services providers • Postgraduate degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security • Industry-recognized information security certifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networking, Information Security, or a related field
