📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers requiring technical support, by phone and on site, both nationally and internationally • Assemble, commission, and maintain automotive testing equipment, including brake testers, vehicle lifts, and axle play detectors • Train customers in the operation of the products • Analyze faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic components • Perform quality inspections • Support the R&D department with technical expertise • Conduct customer training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical or trade qualification, e.g., in mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering • Willingness to travel • Class B driving license • Good German and English skills • Good computer skills • Confident handling of technical documentation • Ideally, experience in technical field service or as a service technician • Independent, solution-oriented approach to work • Enjoyment of customer interaction and teamwork
