📋 Description

• Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals and customer requirements • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog • Refine user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders and development teams • Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, designers, and customers • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback • Collaborate with architects and developers on technical feasibility and scalability • Track product performance metrics such as KPIs and ROI • Report progress to senior leadership • Identify and mitigate product delivery and quality risks • Own products including Angular websites, Flutter mobile apps, payment systems, and CRM systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in product ownership, product management, or a technical role within a technology-driven environment • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity • PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification desirable but not essential • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Aha! • Strategic, customer-first mindset • Ability to balance competing priorities • Collaborative and empathetic approach
