📋 Description

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements. • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, refining user stories and acceptance criteria with input from stakeholders and development teams. • Work closely with business leaders, engineers, designers, and customers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables. • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team delivers high-value increments on time. • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of solutions. • Track product performance (e.g., KPIs, ROI) and report progress to senior leadership. • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact product delivery or quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in product ownership, product management, or a technical role (e.g., Business Analyst, Software Engineer) within a technology-driven environment. • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). • Familiarity with technologies relevant to your product domain (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, cybersecurity). • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent (desirable but not essential). • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
