📋 Description

• Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals and customer requirements • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, refining user stories and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, designers, customers, architects, and developers • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback • Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of solutions • Track product performance metrics such as KPIs and ROI and report to senior leadership • Identify and mitigate risks affecting delivery or quality • Own products including Angular websites, Flutter mobile apps, payment systems, and CRM systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a technical role within a technology-driven environment • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Familiarity with Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity relevant to the product domain • PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification desirable but not essential • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Aha! • Strategic, customer-first mindset • Ability to balance competing priorities • Collaborative and empathetic approach
