📋 Description

• Provide support throughout the Change Management implementation process • Assist with organizational change impact assessments • Support communication of changes to employees • Participate in the development and delivery of training plans • Support the identification and resolution of resistance to change • Keep documentation of implemented changes up to date

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Experience in supplementary pension plans • Experience providing functional support or implementing systems • Basic knowledge of Change Management processes • Familiarity with demand and project management tools • Strong ability to develop training and communication materials • Organizational skills, empathy, and results orientation
