📋 Description
• Build user-focused product strategies adapted to different needs • Research products and services and perform market analysis to identify bottlenecks and solutions • Formulate compelling arguments and solutions to create positive impact • Present ideas and thoughts coherently • Build information architecture and simplify products by converging information into a few screens • Use layout, colour, and typography to create compelling compositions with clear visual hierarchy • Perform design QA and work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, convey design decisions, exchange feedback, and ensure timelines are met • Own end-to-end user experience flows and champion product improvements
🎯 Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience as a designer • Portfolio demonstrating complex flows and enterprise or SaaS platform experience • Proficiency with Figma and ability to create polished designs, iterate, and prototype • Ability to use AI for prototyping and conveying concepts quickly • Strong communication and collaboration skills with PMs, Engineering, and stakeholders • Knowledge and experience with design systems and accessibility standards • Ability to own end-to-end flows and champion product improvements
