📋 Description

• Build user-focused product strategies effective and adapted to different needs • Draw up a complete overview of the product and service through extensive research and market analysis • Identify bottlenecks and solutions • Formulate compelling arguments and solutions to create positive impact • Present ideas and thoughts in a coherent and cogent manner • Build robust information architecture and elevate product simplicity by resolving and converging information to a few screens • Use layout, colour and typography with clear visual hierarchy to create compelling compositions • Perform design QA and work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs • Drive communication with stakeholders to ensure concepts meet intended project goals • Convey design decisions, exchange feedback and ensure timelines are met

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years experience as a designer • A portfolio demonstrating experience in working on complex flows, enterprise or SaaS platforms • Proficiency in design tools like Figma • Ability to create highly polished designs, iterate and prototype • Ability to use AI for prototyping and conveying concepts quickly • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with PMs, Engineering and other stakeholders • Knowledge and experience working with Design systems and meeting Accessibility standards • Ability to own end-to-end flows and champion product improvements
