📋 Description

• Organize and deliver the ideal onboarding experience for new customers • Manage relationships with customers in commercial operations management for wind and solar farms • Provide guidance on the optimal use of opti.node • Maintain regular contact with customers after onboarding • Identify individual challenges and develop tailored solutions • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners, and the Sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in energy economics or a comparable qualification • Knowledge of energy-related levies & privileges or reporting obligations • Experience in energy consulting, energy trading, energy services, or a similar field • Understanding of energy-sector processes and workflows • Experience in Customer Success • Enjoy interacting with B2B customers • Enjoy solving complex problems • Comfortable using digital tools (HubSpot, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Teams) • Strong Excel skills • Fluent German (C2) and good command of English
