📋 Description

• Establish, track, and enforce governance policies across the engineering organization, focusing on engineering operations and operational standards • Oversee the operational lifecycle of vulnerability management and collaborate with engineering teams on prompt remediation and infrastructure risk reduction • Collaborate with security architects, engineers, and stakeholders to design compliance controls and IT minimum control standards • Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards for policy adherence, open vulnerabilities, and audit readiness across engineering • Bridge engineering, security, and audit teams by ensuring control environment procedures are documented, tested, and consistently followed • Translate policies and industry frameworks such as CIS benchmarks and NIST guidelines into technical specifications and engineering workflows • Participate in post-incident reviews and threat modeling to identify systemic compliance gaps and recommend structural improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in policy, compliance, or technical program management within an engineering-focused environment • Practical expertise in policy, compliance, or technical program management • Hands-on experience designing and managing vulnerability management programs, patch compliance tracking, and remediation SLAs • Expertise in engineering and operations technologies, including secure software development lifecycles (SDLC) • Working knowledge of security frameworks and benchmarks, including NIST, CIS Benchmarks, and ISO 27001 • Cross-functional communication skills to translate policies into clear, achievable technical requirements • Ability to identify operational and security risks before they impact platform reliability and drive accountability across engineering teams
