📋 Description

• Being the strategist and technical advisor to architects and technology leaders of Akamai's Premium customers • Partnering with Sales and pre-sales to make recommendations that expand adoption of Akamai's products and services • Maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and growth based on the customer's needs and business requirements • Being the central point of contact for the customer and lead account team to deliver customer success • Responding to escalations when various product, platform or implementation arise and identifying improvements to mitigate future risks • Being the customer champion internally, and influencing internal decisions within teams to help customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Have 6 to 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields. • Be a customer advocate passionate about delivering technical solutions • Have knowledge of internet technologies and online industry including HTTPS, DNS, DevOps, Web Development and Web Security • Demonstrate good understanding or prior experience of working with CDNs • Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology industry • Demonstrate communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers across various levels • Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment • Demonstrate experience in Program or Project management in a cross functional and technical team
