âą Being the strategist and technical advisor to architects and technology leaders of Akamai's Premium customers âą Partnering with Sales and pre-sales to make recommendations that expand adoption of Akamai's products and services âą Maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and growth based on the customer's needs and business requirements âą Being the central point of contact for the customer and lead account team to deliver customer success âą Responding to escalations when various product, platform or implementation arise and identifying improvements to mitigate future risks âą Being the customer champion internally, and influencing internal decisions within teams to help customer outcomes
âą Have 6 to 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields. âą Be a customer advocate passionate about delivering technical solutions âą Have knowledge of internet technologies and online industry including HTTPS, DNS, DevOps, Web Development and Web Security âą Demonstrate good understanding or prior experience of working with CDNs âą Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology industry âą Demonstrate communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers across various levels âą Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment âą Demonstrate experience in Program or Project management in a cross functional and technical team
