📋 Description

• Lead development of the cloud-native control plane built on Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies • Provide technical and architectural leadership for designing, building, and scaling the next-generation control plane • Lead transformation toward a highly available, resilient, distributed microservices architecture • Shape the engineering roadmap with management and business stakeholders • Contribute to enterprise features for a cloud-native platform • Develop best practices, share knowledge, and mentor others • Lead and collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile environment • Foster innovative solutions, rapid development cycles, and open communication

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Thought leadership in Cloud Native Platform Engineering • Experience building and operating highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable production services using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies • Expert knowledge of containers and related technologies • Expert knowledge of Go • Comfort leveraging Python or Bash for scripting • Expertise in networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and HTTP • Knowledge of Linux-based operating systems • Expertise leveraging CI/CD tools • Ability to lead and collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile environment
