📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional alignment across the entire program lifecycle • Guide multidisciplinary teams toward successful delivery aligned with business goals • Bridge engineering and operations teams in a dynamic matrix environment • Support cross-functional teams and provide subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple projects and programs • Foster effective communication and maintain meticulous documentation • Report program status, risks, opportunities, dependencies, and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders • Engage with key collaborators to communicate progress, evaluate and identify business risks, understand priorities, and propose solutions • Adopt best-practice guidelines and implement continuous process improvements • Maintain relationships with internal engineering teams focused on server hardware components

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience or a Bachelor's diploma or equivalent • Desire to learn technical skills within server hardware • Experience in program or project management in a cross-functional and technical team • Experience managing agile work processes • Experience with Jira and Confluence • Autonomy and a continuous improvement mindset • Good interpersonal and organizational skills • Effective communication with all stakeholders • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent teamwork • Experience with external vendor interactions • Understanding of server hardware specifications
