📋 Description

• Respond to platform and carrier issues in real time • Ensure the stability of Akamai's DDoS attack mitigation platform • Analyze customer traffic, applications, and systems to tailor security solutions • Answer customers' security needs • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to scope work, set timelines, create technical solutions, and support implementation • Support customers in remedying and resolving network and connectivity issues • Communicate with customers about challenges, mitigation updates, and analysis results • Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Internet technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, and web servers • Experience in a customer-facing role • Understanding of the consulting process • Proactivity, sense of urgency, and constant desire to learn • Good communication and collaboration skills • Written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to communicate complex technical content in English • Ability to work night shifts
