📋 Description

• Provide first-line response to customer alerts and ensure internal security teams are alerted • Use central alert and graphing systems to monitor internal infrastructure and customer events • Respond to and route customer incident tickets to ensure task assignment to internal teams • Follow operations-center workflow procedures in a large global environment to ensure effective service delivery • Mentor and coach the team to share skills and knowledge • Detect and assess the impact of real-time cyber attacks • Partner with technical teams to detect and mitigate ongoing attacks

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in a Customer Support role or similar • Basic understanding of how the internet works • Basic understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP, and networking fundamentals • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and escalate customer incidents while engaging appropriate stakeholders • Ability to engage and communicate with appropriate stakeholders and customers • Fluent Japanese verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate English verbal and written communication skills • Mandarin is a plus
