📋 Description

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based routing infrastructure in production • Investigate BGP routing issues, network connectivity problems, and routing configuration failures • Support routing software such as FRRouting (FRR), including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting • Develop and maintain automation for routing infrastructure, configuration management, and operational tasks using tools such as Ansible • Support and deploy cloud-native third-party software using an infrastructure-as-code paradigm • Participate in production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive follow-up improvements • Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability for routing services • Define and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for supported services • Collaborate with SREs, network engineers, and architects on infrastructure changes, incident resolution, and routing service improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Site Reliability Engineering, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable infrastructure-centered role • Expertise in Linux system administration and advanced troubleshooting • Expertise in TCP/IP networking, routing protocols, and efficient network troubleshooting • Expertise in BGP, routing policies, and foundational routing concepts • Experience with routing software such as FRRouting (FRR) or similar technologies
