📋 Description

• Build and improve reusable GitHub Actions workflows, actions and repository templates • Build and introduce AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows on GitHub • Help engineering teams adopt these capabilities within agreed standards • Work with Platforms to build and maintain GitHub Actions runners, reusable actions and workflows • Work with the Principal DevOps Engineer and engineering teams to improve GitHub usage • Identify automation opportunities and simplify development • Keep workflows and integrations secure, reliable and maintainable • Support updates and help teams diagnose and resolve issues • Share knowledge, documentation and practical examples • Help teams adopt, maintain and extend GitHub workflows and agentic engineering capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions, including building workflows and reusable actions • Experience with CI/CD • Experience with Kubernetes • Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines • Knowledge of application security • Knowledge of cloud services/capabilities • General development experience with in-house systems • Experience with AI-assisted or agentic engineering • Scripting or general software development experience • Experience with developer tooling, automation and integration • Technically minded, with a practical approach to solving problems • Interest in improving how developers work • Comfortable collaborating, sharing knowledge and learning new tools and approaches • Comfortable taking work forward independently and helping colleagues use the tools built • Willingness to learn; experience in every listed area is not required
