📋 Description

• Run reproducible, multi-environment cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code • Build and own CI/CD pipelines, deployment checks and recovery procedures • Set up actionable logs, metrics, traces and alerts across applications, AI agents and dependencies • Lead incident diagnosis and maintain runbooks • Regularly test recovery, including safe automated rollback • Automate repetitive operations work • Use AI to accelerate log analysis, root-cause investigation and fixes • Document decisions and establish clear SLOs • Help teams take ownership of the systems they ship

🎯 Requirements

• Strong cloud operations experience • Deep hands-on CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, such as Terraform • Confidence diagnosing distributed systems through logs, metrics and traces • Proven hands-on incident response experience, including on-call, leading fixes and writing post-mortems • Solid scripting skills, such as Python, Bash or Go • Strong knowledge of networking, secrets management and service identities • AI-first approach to automation and use of AI tooling to reduce toil • Bonus experience with GCP, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Airflow, Vercel, Supabase, Kubernetes or OpenTelemetry • Experience with SLOs and error budgets is a bonus • Current location must be one of the eligible countries: Poland, Georgia, Bulgaria or Romania
