📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Team Leader at a SaaS company • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in a SaaS company • Experience leading teams in a cloud-native environment • Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and high-scale applications • Technical background in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development frameworks • Demonstrated mentorship and leadership skills • Track record of growing engineers into contributors and leaders • Ability to balance technical depth with high-level strategic thinking • Ability to drive execution and vision • Problem-solving and decision-making ability in a high-impact environment
