📋 Description

• Design and implement systems for virtual and physical infrastructures across various operating systems • Manage endpoint security for client systems through software deployments, installations, patching, and security tools • Administer KACE/Tanium and Workspace One solutions across macOS, Windows, Ubuntu, and potentially mobile operating systems • Manage endpoint security and administer EDR solutions such as CrowdStrike • Manage browser functionality and security using extensions and agents • Develop custom PowerShell, Python, and BASH scripts to support software deployment • Enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Endpoint Privileged Management (EPM) within a zero-trust model • Write technical documentation and procedural materials, including SOPs, architectural, administration, and support guides • Manage and troubleshoot virtual machines running on Windows and Ubuntu • Collaborate within the Enterprise Client Engineering team to improve productivity and security while reducing costs, downtime, and repetitive processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, administration, and UEM systems (KACE, JAMF, SCCM, Workspace One, Intune, etc.) • High School Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in a related field • 23 years of experience collaborating with EDR and DLP security systems or overseeing related platforms like CrowdStrike or Proofpoint • Experience writing technical documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences • Hands-on expertise with Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu • Hands-on expertise in scripting and packaging implementation for macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu • Experience managing and troubleshooting virtual machines running on Windows and Ubuntu • Experience with KACE/Tanium and Workspace One • Experience administering EDR solutions, including CrowdStrike • Experience with browser security extensions and agents • Experience with PowerShell, Python, and BASH scripting • Knowledge of DLP and Endpoint Privileged Management (EPM) within a zero-trust model
