📋 Description

• Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors processes, with a focus on payroll and time management • Support and continuously improve existing solutions, including payroll, time management, integrations, and Fiori apps • Provide high-quality 2nd-level support in line with ITIL standards • Depending on experience: lead workstreams or (sub-)projects and manage internal and external stakeholders • Expand your expertise in SAP Fiori and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) by actively contributing to ongoing projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable education/qualification • Several years of relevant experience in SAP HCM consulting – particularly in payroll and time management • Strong expertise in SAP HCM on-premise; knowledge of SAP Fiori and, ideally, SuccessFactors • Experience with interface handling (IDocs, CPI) is a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment • Fluent in English; German or Spanish skills are a plus
