📋 Description

• Provide technical, application, and troubleshooting support to the field • Follow up on industry and competitor technical development • Conduct technical training internally and externally with Product Business Unit teams • Work closely with sales and marketing groups to achieve corporate sales goals in alignment with corporate strategy • Communicate and provide feedback on customers’ requirements for new products • Manage routine technical affairs • Prepare equipment for customer-attended demonstrations • Support trade shows and sales presentations • Strengthen technical communication with parent companies and sister companies • Define testing plans or testing requirements with customers’ technical departments or end users • Gather and tabulate technical data and develop dispensing processes for new markets • Collect and analyze competitors’ technical data • Use testing and internal analysis technologies to optimize product applications and provide input to R&D • Write and present clear, concise test reports to internal and external customers • Support installation, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and application of equipment and systems at customer sites • Participate in additional assignments and projects as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Candidates with internship, project, laboratory, or hands-on experience related to semiconductor equipment, automation, electronics, mechanical systems, or dispensing technology are preferred • Previous experience in the semiconductor, SMT, electronics, automation, or related industries is a plus • Experience working in a multinational company or customer-facing environment is a plus • Basic to good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate with overseas colleagues and customers • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software and technical tools • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, or automation systems • Willingness to travel and work at customer sites when required • Logical thinking and a team-oriented mindset • Outgoing, responsible, self-motivated, open-minded, and willing to learn • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability • Able to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team • Estimated travel required: 70%
